Refund and Returns Policy


As we are a Hire Service, should an item on hire become faulty, we will swap the machine out, and credit the downtime as extra rent.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the model, please reach out to our customer service team, and we can look at alternatives.

We do not offer a refund of rental, nor can you cancel within the initial 3 months, due to a change of mind.
