Absolutely - you have the option to apply 50% of your total rental paid, toward the purchase of the machine. You may want to even upgrade to another model. * This excludes Concept 2 Rowers

Majority of the time, we have it installed in your home within 1-3 business days. 

Yes. Sometimes with NDIS and Insurance, the weekly debit does not suit, and you may require 1 invoice for the entire rental period. If this is the case, please just contact us and we can discuss the best method.

Our pricing model is structured for a 3 Month Minimum. However, we find some clients may only need a machine for 1-2 weeks for a film shoot or quick holiday visit. If this is the case, please just contact us and we can discuss your options.

This is one of the benefits of hire – we take care of everything! Our installers are also licenced technicians, and will promptly either pop around & fix the machine, or replace the entire unit. If this does occur, you will be credited for the short period that it is out of action. Rest assured though, we have chosen these models due to their reliability and track record in our industry – so we should not see any problems arise.

Yes, however your order will need to be processed prior. Our team will then contact you to schedule a pickup time.

Whilst the rental payments start immediately, and there might be a few days waiting for the delivery, we add this extra time free of charge to the end of your rental.

Terms and Conditions

Hire Process

  1. Hire Payments are debited in advance – weekly or monthly (whichever option you choose).
  2. A 3 or 6 Month Minimum applies to all hires, depending on the rate you signed up for.

DELIVERY & PICKUP

  1. Delivery & Home Installation pricing varies on your area – please see our Delivery Page. 
  2. Delivery & Installation is due upfront.
  3. Collection after the Hire Period is included – free of charge.
  4. If you choose to collect the item from our Warehouse, you are required to return the item to our warehouse after your rental. If you require us to collect the item from you, our standard delivery fee applies – please see our delivery page for pricing.
  5. All returns to our warehouse need to be pre-booked, as our warehouse is not manned standard hours.

ENDING THE HIRE

  1. Please contact us if you wish to cease the Hire, and schedule collection.
  2. As your Weekly/Monthly rental is paid in advance, please contact us to cease your rental plan, prior to the next payment being processed.
  3. We do not pro-rata refund any hire fee’s once the weekly/monthly payment is processed.

PURCHASE AFTER HIRE

  1. Should you wish to purchase your machine during the rental, please notify us.
  2. You can apply 50% of your total rental paid toward the Purchase. 
  3. Purchase Pricing is reflected on the product pages of the website.
  4. You have the option to purchase anytime after the minimum rental period.
  5. Concept 2 Rowing Machines are not available to Purchase After Hire

LIABILITY

  1. Please notify us of any change of Address, Phone Number, or direct debit details.
  2. All equipment shall be cleaned throughout the hire period, and be clean upon return. Simply use household surface spray to wipe down all dust & sweat, much like your household furniture.  Should cleaning be necessary by our team, a $150 cleaning fee will be applied.
  3. Any injury caused by the misuse of equipment is the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure about the correct use, please contact our team and we will happily run you through your concerns.
  4. Damages or Loss will be charged to the customer at RRP, for the replacement.

RENTAL PAYMENTS

 
  1. Payments are debited Weekly or Monthly, depending on your chosen subscription. 
  2. Please make sure you have the allocated funds available on your card ready for each debit.
  3. Should your payment decline, you will automatically be sent a notification email alerting you, which you should immediately rectify the lack of funds in your account.
  4. Payment will then be reattempted at the following intervals: 12 hours later, 24 hours later, 48 hours later. Each declining payment results in an automatic notification via your email.
  5. A $33.00 Dishonour Fee is charged for any payment overdue further than 7 days.
  6. Should payments be in arrears for more than 2 weeks, Pace Fitness Hire reserves the right to collect the equipment & charge the remaining minimum contract terms (remaining weekly/monthly instalments) in their entirety.
